1. Do you have MSG or any food additives in your products?
  No, we do not use any MSG, food enhancer, artificial food colouring, stabiliser or tenderiser in our satay and peanut sauce.

2. Are your products gluten free?
  Yes they are. We do not use any wheat base products in the preparation of our satay and peanut sauce.

3. Do you have any peanut or peanut oil in your satay?
  No, we do not use peanut or peanut oil in our satay. We use monousaturated canola oil. However, our satay is made in the same premises as our peanut saucce and may contain traces of peanut.

4. Can I refreeze the peanut sauce?
  We recommend that you thaw out the sauce in the fridge, divide up the portion and refreeze. The peanut sauce can keep for 3 days in the fridge and 6 months if frozen.

5. What is the shelf life of your satay?
  Fresh - 3 days in fridge.
Frozen - Please refer to best before tag on pack.

6. Can those with frutose allergy eat your products?
  No, we have onions and garlic in all our products.

7. Can people who are intolerant to shell fish eat your product?
  Yes, you can enjoy the satay but stay away from the peanut sauce as the paste for making the peanut sauce has dried shrimps in it.
